SHIPPING

• We use USPS or UPS for shipping. Customers must  provide us with correct shipping address in order to receive merchandise on time. Customers will be responsible for any additional charges and fees if an address is entered incorrectly.
• All orders placed before 12am (EST) Monday – Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week.
•  Flat Rate Standard Shipping to anywhere in the United States under $150 is $3.99.
• All orders of $150.00 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

 

HANDLING TIME

• Our normal handling time is one-two business days after receiving of your order. If your need is urgent, please choose expedited shipping method.
• Delivery speed will vary depending on the selected shipping method, but standard shipping typically takes between 3-10 business days from leaving our warehouse.
• Delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Shipping delays may occur due to conditions such as severe weather. We at Neka Fashion are not responsible for these delays.
